How does the weasy bag work?
The Weasy Bag is an ecological and hygienic pee container for the Weasy Smart Potty. The pet urine drains out of the weasy tray, through the hose, and stored in the Weasy Bag.
Is there a pee smell?
The bad smell from dog urine is caused by the accumulation of urine and the proliferation of bacteria. Since the urine goes directly into the Weasy bag, this does not happen. This in fact, is one of the points most frequently reported by Weasy customers after using the product for some time.
Is it easy to install?
The Weasy Smart Potty only requires you to position the base tray on the floor, cover it with the rubber mat and fit the hose nozzle into the weasy bag.
What about the poop?
The poop can be collected and disposed as of usual! You can clean the base and the rubber mat (which can be detached) with a soft brush or sponge and a neutral detergent, coconut soap, pet-use disinfectant, or biodegradable cleaner. Just rinse and it's ready.
How long does it last?
The Weasy is made of high-resistance polymer and holds up to 115lbs in the largest size. Therefore, we do not recommend that humans climb on the product.
The rubber mat is estimated to last for at least 3 years, we offer replacements and accessories on our website.
The base is highly resistant, practically indestructible! However, in cases where dogs like to chew on things, we recommend installing the Weasy and leaving the hose underneath the tray, hidden and protected from possible bites. Cut the hose as needed to ensure it stays as straight as possible.
